Smooth 103.1 WLOQ General Contest Rules
1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate in 103.1 WLOQ contests.
2. Must reside in Orlando metro area to be eligible to participate in 103.1 WLOQ contests. Orlando metro area defined as Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Lake, Sumter, Marion, Polk and Brevard counties.
3. Prizes won on 103.1 WLOQ are non transferable, redeemable or exchangeable. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize won.
4. No purchase is necessary to participate in any 103.1 WLOQ contest.
5. Winners must visit the 103.1 WLOQ offices to pick up their prizes. Said offices located at Maitland Colonnades, 2301 Lucien Way, Suite 180, Maitland, FL 32751.
6. Prizes not claimed within 30 days from the day won will be forfeited unless otherwise notified by a WLOQ representative.
7. One winner per household per 30 days. Prize winners are not eligible to participate in other on-air or web-based contest for a period of 30 days from the win date. In the event the prize won has a value of $500.00 dollars or more, the exemption period is six months.
8. 103.1 WLOQ does not accept responsibility for lost or misdirected mail.
9. Winners are responsible for all, if any applicable taxes or gratuities on prizes won.
10. 103.1 WLOQ reserves the right to substitute prizes.
11. Winners will be required to supply a social security number and a valid Florida driver's license after winning a prize from WLOQ with a value of $600.00 or more for taxing purposes.
12. Each winner acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of becoming a winner and accepting a prize, 103.1 WLOQ shall have the right to publicize and/or broadcast his or her name, likeness, voice and the fact that he or she won the contest and all matters incidental thereto.
13. 103.1 WLOQ, its agents and affiliates are released from any liability, and will be indemnified and held harmless by the winner from injury or damage of any kind that may be sustained in connection with the prize or for failure of the winner to follow proper procedures for claiming the prize.
14. Employees of 103.1 WLOQ, Orlando Home & Leisure Magazine, Gross Communications, their families and employees of their advertising agencies and their families are not eligible to participate in WLOQ contests.
15. WLOQ management will decide any questions concercning the interpretation of rules governing the promotions and the administration of the promotion, and such decisions shall be in the sole discretion of WLOQ and final.
16. Contest rules may be amended at any time by WLOQ without prior notice. However, the most current contest rules will be available by request on wloq.com and at the WLOQ offices located at 2301 Lucien Way, Suite 180, Maitland, FL 32751.
